Mohave Accelerated Makes the Grade

Last year, the AZ Dept. of Education switched to a new metric for labeling schools, assigning each institution a letter grade in place of the old labels. The new assigned grades for Arizona schools were just released and Mohave Accelerated is at the head of the class.

Mohave Accelerated Learning Center was the only high school in Mohave County to receive an “A” grade, mainly due to major growth in AIMS scores. The school outperformed the other three area high schools across the board in all four subject areas of the AIMS assessment.

Additionally, our Elementary East Campus also received an “A” grade for the second year in a row. The East Campus is the only elementary school in the Bullhead City area to receive an “A”. Our main elementary campus received a “B” grade, ranking it among the best in the area.

The Mohave Accelerated Schools continue to be your best choice for a quality education in our community. We’re proud of the teachers, students, and parents who have worked together to make our schools the best!
